“Building Leaders who will build leaders, who will build leaders” Sir Wayne Smith

We are well into Rugby Season 2024 in New Zealand with the All Blacks faring well under the current leadership of ‘Razor’ (Scott Robertson). I am not sure why this year I am following with such interest in the coaches (past and present). However, I think the leadership development principles of high-performance teams is what’s capturing my attention. The Olympics’ opening ceremony takes place in Paris overnight. Once again we see people at the top of their game, coached to be the best, and working together or independently for the common goal – gold for themselves, their team and New Zealand. The power of the vision, belonging and the roles that we hold and continue to develop to get there. Powerful stuff when you get it right!
